Endurance Athletes
Endurance athletes place unique demands on their bodies, and their care should reflect that. This physical therapy approach is designed specifically for runners—both road and trail—who want to stay consistent, perform at their best, and recover from injury without losing momentum.
With a background in orthopedics and firsthand experience as a long-distance runner, treatment goes beyond basic rehabilitation. Each plan is tailored to the individual athlete, taking into account training volume, terrain, race goals, and athlete background. Whether you’re managing a persistent injury, returning after time off, or looking to prevent setbacks while training for a goal race, sessions focus on building strength, improving efficiency, and supporting long-term durability.
Care may include training recommendations, video run analysis, targeted strength and mobility work, and Pilates-based exercises to improve control, stability, and alignment. The goal is not just to get you out of pain, but to help you move better, train smarter, and continue doing what you love—on the road or on the trail.
