Online Mat Pilates
This 45-minute virtual mat Pilates class is offered weekly and designed to build strength, stability, mobility, and control through intentional, full-body movement. Each session guides you through a sequence of exercises that challenges core strength, improves alignment, and enhances overall body awareness—all from the comfort of your own home.
Clear, specific cueing helps you connect to proper form and movement patterns, while modifications are provided to accommodate different experience levels, injuries, or physical considerations. Progressions are also offered throughout class, giving you the flexibility to increase intensity and tailor each exercise to your personal goals.
