One 30 minute training consultation to review training history, current or future training plan, training goals, and more. Follow up may be recommended on an individual basis.
One 30 minute call to discuss a running related injury or niggle. Discussion may include footwear recommendations, form considerations, suggested volume or intensity modifications, and guidance regarding decision to seek medical care.
Advice includes non-prescriptive recommendations. Not a substitute for medical advice.
*All monthly run coaching membership plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Membership includes an initial 30 minute virtual consult to review training history, injury background, training goals, schedule structure, etc., daily prescribed training programmed through Final Surge and uploaded on a weekly basis, weekly outline of strength training plan, digital communication with coach to provide feedback on training, and touch base consults at frequency outlined. Additionally, coaching clients will have access to a monthly newsletter, research centered blog, and community workshops.

Yes. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership. A minimum 3 month commitment is required for monthly run coaching membership plans.

Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days notice. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. A minimum 3 month commitment is required for monthly run coaching membership plans.
