Personalized Pilates
Our personalized Pilates program integrates the principles of Pilates with a rehabilitation-biased approach. Pilates sessions are 1-on-1 personalized 60-minute sessions designed to optimize alignment, increase strength, enhance control, and improve mobility. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practicing Pilates for years, our personalized sessions are tailored to your needs and abilities and centered around your personal goals.
Sessions are led by Dr. Brittany Uhlenbrock, Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Pilates Practitioner for Rehabilitation.
